COCO PROGRAMMING

Minimal equipment? As long as you have a pair of dumbbells you are good to go!

Accountability? I’ll see every workout you log and DON’T log - I got you!

Results guaranteed? ALWAYS. Every 8 weeks you will test to see how much fitter you are.

The goal here is to meet you half way between totally hands off and custom programming.

Each workout is programmed with a COCO+ option (more advanced level) and low-impact option. This will help you listen to your body AND stay consistent!

Coach Cor has been a huge help in my fitness journey. I've been attending the Zoom classes for a few months now and I've recently begun the customized programming which focuses on not only my strength and endurance, but my mental wellness too.

It's convenient for my new lifestyle changes and what I love the most is that she also tracks your bio-metrics. This has shown me how crucial certain metrics are in improving your fitness goals. I noticed that 7-8 hrs of sleep for me will vastly change how well I do in my workouts the following day. I used to feel well rested after 5-6 hrs of sleep, but tracking my metrics helped me notice the difference. It's about overall health with Coach Cor, not just physical which is important in becoming the BEST YOU and living your BEST LIFE. I'm grateful to be a part of the CoCo fam!

My boyfriend and I have been doing live Coach Cor classes together for a few months now and absolutely love them! Corianne keeps the movements and time frames fresh and exciting, yet always challenging.

We work muscles we never knew we had, leaving us dripping with sweat. I definitely can tell a difference in my upper body strength since working out with Coach Cor and an improvement in my running pace! It’s great doing these classes together so we can hold each other accountable, push one another if the other is feeling lazy, and compare sore muscle groups the next day!
